1. Return Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, incorrect washing, or after the return period has expired.

Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or customized orders are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges, handling fees, and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited directly to your bank account or payment wallet.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification.
3. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please raise an exchange request within the return period.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
4. Domestic Orders (India)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.

In cases of defective or wrong products, Bharat Trading Co. will bear the return shipping charges.
5. International Orders

International customers may return products; however, shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Return shipping for international orders must be borne by the customer.
